Welcome, thank you for visiting my page. My name is Elizabeth and I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Reflexologist. I hold a Centralia Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology. I am also a qualified Practitioner in Reiki and Indian Head Massage and listed on the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
After spending seventeen years (and counting) as a Chartered Accountant, I completely understand the pressure of stress in the workplace and how this seems to be a growing epidemic, across all job sectors in this day and age. I’ve seen a large number of friends and colleagues suffer from stress which has led to a detrimental impact on the body, mind and soul and has been the root cause to a variety of physical and mental illnesses.
I was first introduced to reflexology when trying to find my own ways to minimise stress. From these initial sessions, were Reiki was also introduced to me, I was amazed with the results and completely hooked on a holistic healing approach to life.
The insight into this new holistic lifestyle was so great that I decided to train in reflexology at the highest level at the Anahata School of Reflexology in Lincoln. It was here that my passion for reflexology grew even further after seeing incredible results from my case study clients, not only with physical improvements in on-going medical conditions but also an improvement in emotional wellbeing. It has been especially interesting helping women with a variety of hormonal and reproductive problems, which has led me to further my qualification and specialise in maternity, fertility and conception reflexology later in 2018.
I am excited to share my experience and to improve the health and well-being of every client that I meet by creating a personalised treatment plan, specific to their individual needs.
