Retiring from figure skating age 27 I was a little lost of what to do next? It was then that I discovered yoga…the rest they say is history.
I practice yoga daily and have done for over 20 years, a great passion of mine. I also love going to other wellbeing classes, such as stretch & tone, Pilates and other yoga classes. I love resistance training, running, walking, ballet and I ski and snowboard. All these are fully incorporated into my daily life. Health and life balance is the key.
Most importantly, I try to lead a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating, fitness and being kind to myself and others. It’s all about balance.
I’ll try anything new too! I started ballet age 47 in Jan 2020 (I’ve always wanted to do it) – I think I’m getting there now 🙂
