With over 30 years of experience in the carpet business, working for some of the larger firms, Dean Wray saw an opportunity to provide a more complete, personal service to customers. Simple aspects such as moving furniture or removing rubbish were simply not available from major retailers.

From those early days the business expanded rapidly, with lots of work coming through recommendations from very satisfied customers and repeat business. To ensure the continuing high quality service, extra staff were employed.

An extension to the premises doubled the space available so that today we can provide an extensive range of carpets and floor coverings to suit all tastes and budgets. We have a huge range to choose from with over 30 different rolls of carpet, 20 rolls of vinyl and a large choice of roll ends always in stock.

Our prices include the normal manufacturer’s guarantees but we also guarantee our expert fitting service and first-class customer service.

Another facet setting us apart from the run-of-the-mill operators is our Home Sampling service. Almost 25% of customers ask for a home visit where they can choose, in the comfort of their own home, from a range of samples to meet their needs.
